* Lares Research reserves the right to accept or reject any purchase order.
* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* Prices are stated NET F.O.B. shipping point. All charges incurred during delivery of Lares products are to be paid by the customer. (Including but not limited to freight, sales tax, handling, insurance, customs duties, etc.)
* Lares Research reserves the right to change the design or construction of its products, or to add or discontinue product lines without prior notice or obligation.
* All products and services will be billed at prices in effect at date of order acceptance.
B. PAYMENT
* Payment terms for online purchasing are major credit cards only (Visa, Master Card, American Express)
C. CREDIT RETURNS
* If you are not completely satisfied with any part or product currently listed on the Lares Research price list, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of original shipment.
* Any part or product displaying signs of customer abuse, design changes or damage will not be accepted for refund.
* Any part or products returned for refund must be shipped prepaid to the Lares Research Chico facility.
* Any parts or products returned for refund will be refunded at the original purchase price.
D. REPAIRS
* Any parts or products which do not operate properly at the time of installation will be exchanged for new parts or repaired.
* All parts or products returned for repair must be shipped prepaid to the Lares Research Chico facility.
* Lares Research reserves the right to refuse to repair any product which has been altered by an unauthorized repair facility
E. Coupon Codes:
* Promotional prices are reflected during checkout after coupon code has been applied. All items required to fulfill coupon code promotion requirements must be in the shopping cart at the time of check out for coupon code to take effect.
